Mentor Guidance in the Graduate Education：A Reflection
摘要
Abstract
Mentor guidance is one of the main systems of the current graduate education .As the first responsibility person of postgraduate education ,the mentor provides the guidance which plays an important role for the graduates ’ study ,scientific research ,and the ideological and moral training .This paper reviews and summarizes the concept ,style-types and impact of the previous mentor guidance ,and points out the po-tential future research directions on this basis .关键词
