摘要

Abstract

To detect the effects of meditation training on teachers ,we analyzed the characteristics and functions of meditation training , pointing out that the meditation could be used to improve teachers wellbeing ,relieve their burnout because it can optimize teachers’ attention so as to prevent emotion exhausting ,relieve teachers’ anxiety and depression so as to improve their emotional regulation ability ,increase teachers’ interpersonal skills and interpersonal support so as to improve their teaching ability as well as enhance teachers ’ creativity and reflective abili-ty .At the same time ,the paper also introduces the ideas and content of MBWE ,which is a reference for the prevention and intervention of teachers’ job burnout :cultivating teachers’ ability to determine their health and happiness through the development of supportive and non-criti-cal spaces;allow teachers to experience their own existence to accept themselves ,to face the reality so as to respond to the call of life and make healthy choices .
