某医院5年85例孕产妇死亡率及死亡原因分析OA
目的：分析某医院85例孕产妇死亡原因，了解孕产妇管理系统及救治过程存在的问题，为降低孕产妇死亡率提供合理的干预措施。方法对某医院2010———2014年孕产妇死亡资料进行回顾性分析。结果①五年内总孕产妇活产数为7519例。孕产妇死亡85例，死亡率为1130．47／10万。②孕产妇死亡原因中：直接产科因素占64．71％，间接产科因素占35．29％；死亡构成比差异有统计学意义（x2＝7．353，P＝0．007＜0．01）。进一步分析，直接死因中产科出…查看全部>>
