基于BSC理念的高职专业群建设管理模式探索
On the Management Mode of Higher Vocational Specialty Group Construction Based on the BSC Concept

Abstract
Despite the lack of strategic management idea and tool, the construction of specialty groups is prevailing in higher vocational colleges. The BSC (balanced scorecard), as a performance evaluation system and strategic management tool, has been widely adopted in the companies and institutions in the world today. The paper studies the practical significance of the application of the BSC in the construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges and proposes a four-dimension BSC of invoking the relevant stakeholders in the construction, internal business procedures, learning and growing and finance and a strategic map as well. In addition, the basic thought and steps of the specialty group construction are elaborated in the paper aiming to introduce a new management mode in the construction work.关键词
