Abstract
Under the background of life-long education, the key ability of students in higher vocational colleges mainly includes the life-long study ability, method ability and social ability. At present , there were some problems in the key ability of higher vocational college students. The curriculum stresses much on cultivating students' professional ability, which causes students lack of pivotal ability .The mis-understanding of"key ability"deviates training system from the actual situation, The stereotype teaching methods hinder the formation of students' critical ability. The insufficient consensus between schools and enterprises influences the optimization. of talent training mode. The author thinks that higher vocational colleges should renovate the concept of vocational education and update teaching methods, Carry out the various campus culture to improve students' comprehensive quality; communicate with enterprises to optimize the talent training mode and fulfill employment guidance curriculum system. In addition, the state education authorities should formulate a unified teaching evaluation standard for key ability of vocational students to benefit the students to master the key ability throughout their life.关键词
