密集烘烤上部烟叶适宜采收成熟度研究OA
Study on the Optimal Harvest Maturity of Upper Tobacco Leaves in Intensive Baking
[目的]提高河南烤烟上部叶烘烤质量的工业可用性。[方法]以中烟100为供试品种，进行上部叶适宜成熟度密集烘烤试验。[结果]试验表明，上部叶提前采收烤后烟叶油分减少，身份较厚，组织紧密。适度推迟采收，烤后烟叶橘色烟比例增加，组织变疏松，油分增多，色度变强；促进叶内致香物质转化，提高烟叶香气，减少杂气、刺激性，使余味更加舒适。采收过晚，容易导致烟叶干物质过度消耗，烤后杂色烟增多，经济效益明显下降。[结论]上部烟叶推迟7d左右采收，可有效改善烟叶外观质…查看全部>>
