摘要

Abstract

From the perspective of the characteristics of food safety risk, the measure for managing and controlling risk is one of the ways to solve the problem of food safety. Food safety in the whole society which is under the control of food safety risk is not only the starting point but also the ultimate goal of the legal system of co-regulation in food safety governance. Therefore, it is proposed that the system should consist of three parts: public participation, main responsibility and shared rights. Folowing the principles of the co-regulation in food safety governance wil be helpful to the realization of the legal system of co-regulation in food safety governance in China.
