基于磁性免疫传感器的牛乳中四环素残留检测方法的构建
Establishment of Magnetic Bead-Based Immunosensor for the Detection of Tetracycline Residues in Milk

Abstract
A highly sensitive and rapid immunofluorescence assay for the detection of tetracycline residues in raw milk based on magnetic beads was developed. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantiifcation (LOQ) of this method were 0.03 and 0.20 ng/mL, respectively. The lfuorescence intensity was linear with the concentration of tetracycline in the range of 0.25 to 32 ng/mL with a coefifcient of determination of 0.995 9 (R2= 0.995 9). The recoveries of TC spiked at different concentrations were between 82.6% and 97.0%, indicating that the method is accurate. Furthermore, precision, calculated as relative standard deviation (RSD), was below 5.0% for intra-day and inter-day determinations, indicating good repeatability of the method. The results of tetracycline residues in raw milk determined by this method and HPLC-UV were highly consistent.关键词
