Clinical value of inflammatory factors in sepsis
目的：探讨血清可溶性髓样细胞触发性受体1（sTREM-1）、降钙素原（PCT）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）在脓毒症中的临床价值。方法：采用前瞻性研究方法收集相关患者的临床资料，并采用ELISA检测39例脓毒症患者、15例全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）患者和12例正常对照组。通过分析3种因子对判断脓毒症患者预后的价值。结果：脓毒症组与SIRS组中血清sTREM-1及PCT水平明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），而CRP只在脓毒症组与对照组中差异有统计学意义…查看全部>>
Objective To study the clinical value of sTREM-1, PCT, CRP in sepsis. Methods A prospective study was conducted and clinical data of related patients from January to October 2015 were collected. Thirty-nine cases of sepsis patients , 15 patients with SIRS and 12 normal controls were detected by ELISA then the prognostic value of sTREM-1, PCT, CRP was determined in sepsis.
