摘要
Abstract
Preparing flocking adhesive that suitable for paper mold,according to the characteristics of molded paper products,and analysis its rheological properties.By increasing the content of hard monomer,use the effect of rosin′s regulating molecular weight and viscosity to prepare flocking adhesive.Determining the ad-hesive rheology and analyzing its rheological properties.We know that at low shear rates,flocking plastic vis-cosity can be reduced to 1 Pa·s,good for spraying glue.When the amount of rosin increase from the 0wt%to 7 .5 wt%,flocking adhesive properties pseudoplastic fluid and more obvious;The amount of rosin increase from 7.5wt%to 10wt%,flocking adhesive change to Newtonian fluid.Rosin can reduce the degree of polymerization of acrylate,reducing adhesive viscosity and surface tension,good for glue and flocking.关键词
