摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the impact on the product,studies one kind of new MPP material perform-ance.Through the test of MPP material,carries on analysis processing using MATLAB to the data,obtains its different foaming multiple stress-strain curve;Through the conversion,obtains its stress-cushion coefficient the distribution map.Test data shows that cushioning as the stress increases,showing first increases and then de-creases,another trend;cushioning but decreases with the increase of multiple foam and cushioning coefficient corresponding to the maximum stress 0.3~0.6 MPa.The result indicated that,the corresponding to the desired thickness of the material could be calculated with the cushion coefficient-max stress curve of the MPP,which is a new buffer materials.It could provide the design basis in the cushion packaging design,and it has a key im-plication for future testing and optimization as well.
