摘要
Abstract
To improve the filling accuracy and filling speed,study on the method for searching eccentric bunghole quickly.Design a self-searching hole filling machine with overload and wrong searching protect based on PLC,rotate by holding the bucket and search the eccentric bunghole by QS30F200,fill until the fill head in-serting the bucket.Filing speed and accuracy could be effectively improved,searching accurately and filling consistently.The practical application shows that the equipment is reliable and high efficiency.关键词
