大白菜核雄性不育相关microRNA的鉴定
Identification of microRNA Related to Nuclear Male Sterility in Chinese Cabbage

Abstract
In order to explore the role of miRNAs in the regulation of fertility of stamens, this study used the fertile and sterile buds of an AB line of Chinese cabbage, ˊAB03ˊ, as the test material, and constructed small RNA libraries. Using high-throughput sequencing, we obtained 132 and 144 known miRNAs in two samples respectively, and identified 19 differentially expressed miRNAs. In these 19 differentially expressed miRNAs, 14 had high expression level in the sterile buds, only 5 were expressed highly in fertile buds. These differentially expressed miRNAs target genes, which are related to the development of flower, stamens and pollen, such as AP2, pectin methylesterase and so on. The study found that miRNAs may be involved in pollen development and provided the relationship between miRNAs and its target genes.关键词
