辽宁地区温室内粉虱的种类及分布
Species Identification of Whitefly Adult in Greenhouses in Liaoning

Abstract
In order to reveal the distribution of the whiteflies, a systematic and comprehensive survey on its species composition was conducted in Liaoning province. Thirty-three collections of adult whiteflies were sampled from 21 locations in 12 cities of Liaoning from the end of 2014 to early 2015. Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (mtDNA COI)gene sequences were used to identify the species of whiteflies. The result showed that there were Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood), MEAM1 and MED Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) in Liaoning. The percentage of B.tabaci was 100% in Dashiqiao, Zhangwu, Kazuo, Jianping, Jinxing, Suizhong, Donggang, with the majority of MED. The percentage of T.vaporariorum was 100% in Mingshan, Faku, Xinmin, Zhenan, Tieling. Wafangdian, Pulandian, Lingyuan, Linghai, Liaozhong, Shenhe, Dawa, Haicheng and Fengcheng had mixure species. The Trialeurodes vaporariorum only in Shenhe and Dawa were biotic population.关键词
