农机触土部件前行阻力测试装置的设计与试验
Design and Experiment on Testing System for Operation Resistance of Soil Engaging Parts

Abstract
Resistance measurement and analysis are important for field farm machinery design, and the reliability and accuracy of testing apparatus are significant on the effectiveness of the result. A resistance testing system with high stability and accuracy was developed to study the drag resistances of soil engaging parts. To investigate whether the vibration produced in normal working of the testing device affecting its performance, A 3D model of the frame of the testing system was set up with SolidWorks and the modal analysis was performed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS-Workbench. The first six frequencies and corresponding modes of vibration were worked out. The results showed that the first six inherent frequencies distributed between 21-38 Hz, while the external excitation frequencies of the testing device were between 0.346-3.462Hz at forward speed of the machine of 0.1-1.0 m•s-1, far below the low-order inherent frequency of 21.778Hz, which effectively avoided resonance. Orthogonal experiment of three factors with three levels on drag of transplanter float was carried out to explore the structure reasonability of the testing device. The float model, weight and forward speed had significant effect on the sliding resistance and the optimal combination of the factors was determined as the minimum sliding resistance at forward speed of 0.4 m•s-1, weight of 0.7kg and with a bionic float model. This work provides methods for resistances tests of soil engaging parts of paddy field and dry land machinery.关键词
