经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效观察OA
Clinical Observation of 80 Cases of Ureteral Calculi Treated with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Via Ureter Mirror
目的：分析输尿管结石患者经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的效果。方法纳入我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的80例输尿管结石患者作为临床治疗对象，所有患者入院后均给予输尿管镜钬激光碎石术，观察记录临床治疗效果。结果80例患者平均手术时间为（57.21±7.3）min，平均住院时间为（5.3±1.3）d，80例输尿管结石患者中1次碎石成功者74例，整体概率为92.50%；术后对患者作为期半年的随访调查，随访过程中78例患者结石悉数排净，整体概率为97…查看全部>>
