不同干燥方式对造纸法再造烟叶丝质量特性的影响OA
Influence of the drying modes on quality characteristic of paper-making reconstituted cut tobacco
为提高再造烟叶制品的综合品质，研究了气流干燥、滚筒干燥、隧道干燥3种干燥方式对再造烟叶丝质量特性的影响。结果表明：1）滚筒干燥对样品含水率的控制稳定性优于气流干燥和隧道干燥；2）气流干燥样品的填充性能明显优于滚筒干燥和隧道干燥，隧道干燥的造碎率最低，滚筒干燥和气流干燥的造碎率相当；3）气流干燥样品的焦油、烟碱、CO释放量均低于滚筒干燥和隧道干燥样品的释放量；4）对再造烟叶丝样品的感官品质提升由高到低的干燥处理方式排序为气流干燥＞滚筒干燥＞隧道干燥，均好于来料样品。
