摘要

Abstract

The frequent occurrence of food safety in modern society is the typical performance of risk society in the field of food.Under the risk society,due to the ongoing and expansion of food safety risk, people's special requirements for food safety,as well as prevention based traditional criminal law regulation is insufficient to ensure the food safety,the measures must be done,for expanding the food safe-ty law adjustment range,paying attention to the restoration norms of criminal law and adhereing to the principle of modesty etc..All these can contribute to the smooth transition of China's food safety regula-tion of criminal law in risk society,to achieve the purpose of law to ensure food safety.
