摘要

Abstract

The optimum extraction technology of the oil from citrus grandis leaves was optimized by orthog-onal test method,with the indicators of essential oil yield,the amount of water,soak time,distillation time and NaCl concentration (demulsifier)as factors orthogonal test.The result showed that:Distillation time is a key factor of extraction technology of the oil from citrus grandis leaves,followed by soaking time and NaCl addition and the amount of water.The optimum conditions for extraction technology of the oil from citrus grandis leaves were as following:10 times the amount of adding water to soak for 2h,the distillation 2h,the add 1 .00mg/mL NaCl.Conclusion:The method of steam distillation of the oil from citrus grandis leaves is feasible.Its essential oil yield is about 0.5%.
