酒厂转盘式多工位曲块压制机的设计
Design of Rotating Plate Type Starter Block Pressing Machine with Multi-station in Distillery
摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of existing starter block pressing machine in distillery,this article designed a new type of starter block pressing machine.This machine adopted the rotating plate structure of module case which fixed on the slewing bearing,the cam intermittence divider could realize multi-station intermittent rota-ting operation and scraper feeding,and the synchronous operation of feeding and pressing,multi pressing mould structure,the combination of interval and integral pressing mould.This design made starter block elasticity moderate,surface extract syrup efficiently,and had high degree of automation.关键词
