摘要

Abstract

0.96[Bi1/2(Na0.84K0.16)1/2(Ti1–x–yTaxZry)O3]-0.04SrTiO3(labelledas BNKT-ST-TaxZry) (x=0-0.025,y=0-0.20) lead-free ceramics weresynthesizedbythe conventional solid state reaction method.Effect ofTa/Zr B-siteco-doping was studiedon the microstructure, electrical properties and energy density of lead-free BNKT-ST-TaxZryternary system ceramics. The results indicate that, with the increaseofconcentration ofTa and Zrions, the piezoelectric constantd33of ceramic decreases, and the ceramic shiftstoward toincipientpiezoelectrics. As theTa and Zr doping level increases,the saturationpolarization, remanent polarization and coercive field decrease,and the relaxation properties increase.Withthe increasingofTa and Zrdopingconcentration, theenergy storage densityof the ceramicincreasesandreachesamaximum value of1.005J/cm3(x=0.01,y=0.05), and then decreaseswith further increasingxandy.The energy storage efficiency (η) increasesmonotonically withconcentration ofxandy.
