摘要
Abstract
In order to designminiaturized linear phasehigh temperature superconducting(HTS)filter, anew kind of open loop fractal resonatorswas introduced, the coupling of whichwas small and attenuates fast.Such characteristics can reduce the size of the filterandthe unnecessary parasitic coupling. Furthermore,usinga method of filter design, which generates transmission zeros by sharing the resonators of neighboring cascaded quadruplet(CQ) unitsto reduce the size of the filter. At last, a10-pole high temperature superconducting filter having threepairs of transmission zeroswas designed on an MgO substrate.The group delay variationisless than 1 ns over60% of the filter’s bandwidthand the size of the layout is only20mm×10mm, whichhasreached the purpose of phaseequalizationandminiaturization.The side band steepness reaches 2 MHz/dB,the suppression out of band is up to 40 dB,the return loss reaches 23.92 dBand the insertion loss is lower than 0.1 dB.关键词
