摘要

Abstract

Amicrostripbandpassinterdigital filterwithminiaturization and hightemperaturestability was designed and fabricated, which firstly usedhigh dielectricconstant ceramicsmaterialMgxZnyCazLauTiO3(εr=25,tanδ=0.00001,τf=0/℃,the thicknessofsubstrateis0.381mm)to makethe substrate. The filter was simulatedby HFSS-softwarebetween 3.92 GHzand4.52 GHz. The simulation results are as follows:thecenterfrequencyis4.2 GHz, the relative bandwidth is 14%. The filter was fabricated and tested according tosimulationparameters. The measured results are agreed with the simulation results.
