摘要
Abstract
Multi-layerceramic capacitors(MLCC) is one kind of chip components with widely applications. The current situation of the nickel paste used in MLCCis introduced. The attempts which are aim to improve the properties of the nickel paste are reviewed.In particular, the key technologies for preparation of Ni electrode pasteare summarized, including the preparation of highly dispersed and high purity nickel powder, the oxidation resistance of Ni paste and anti-reduction dielectric ceramic compositions, the sintering shrinkage control of electrode and dielectric layer,and the selection of organic resin system.The further development of the nickel paste is prospected.关键词
