摘要

Abstract

Binary and ternary composite materials withruthenium oxide, multi-walledcarbon nanotube,reduced graphene oxidewere synthesized by hydrothermal method. Electrodeswere made by theacquiredcomposites. Electrochemicalpropertiesof compositeelectrodeswereinvestigatedby cyclic voltammetry, charge-dischargetestsand electrochemicalimpedance spectroscopy. The morphology of compositematerialswascharacterized by scanning electron microscope.The results showthat the ternary composite cansignificantly increase specific capacitance (562 F/g)which is higher than that of the binary composite,andelectricalconductivityof composite electrodes.Thecomposite electrodevia layer-by-layer assemblyexhibits a specific capacitance of906F/gand aresistanceof0.298 Ω.
