Design and Research of Pneumatic Bagging for Books Machine
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of the packaging books,a pneumatic bagging for books machine with novel structure and stable performance is designed to achieve books bagging automatically.The motion mathematical model was established for the device,the simulation was established using ADAMS,a finite element analysis model using ANSYS was established for the key components,the machine is tested finally.The key components of packaging machine meet the strength and hardness,the time of packaging books is reduced.Packing success rate is high.The pneumatic bagging for books machine has stable and efficient working performance and achieve the function that books were bagged automatically.It has high economic benefits.关键词
