摘要

Abstract

The rotary dryer is commonly used in grain drying process,a finite element model is developed in mechanical analysis of the shell and belt of the rotary kiln by ANSYS.Because of different pressure of wet and dry grain on the shell,the complex loading,changing with axial and circumferential direction,is loaded on the shell,and the deformation and stress distribution law of rotary kiln is got.Belts bear all the weight,and the middle surface of Belt is subject to complex loads from the shell and its weight.Finally,the distance between the two belts is optimized to ensure minimal stress and deformation.
