Abstract
To solve the problems of frequently the first stack 25 cigarettes dumping when putting cigarette into smoke box in sealing machine.Combined with statistical data,analysis of the reasons through the fishbone diagram including "man,machine,material,method,central".Identify the cause of the problem about cigarettes dumping:small friction force between the push tobacco plate and the stack of smoke,Motor Action unbuffered when putting cigarette into smoke box.Using the installation of suction cups,design of the electrical circuit of the negative pressure of the wind-off control,propulsion motor Install the drive and other methods to successfully solve the problem of dumping Cigarette.The improved can avoid sealing machine shutdown 12 times per day,and reduce smoke box loss 36 per day,because of cigarettes dumping.关键词
