摘要

Abstract

Mn3+-doped Ca0.6La0.8/3(Ti1–xMnx)O3 ceramics were prepared via solid state reaction method, and the effect of Mn ion doping on their phase structures and microwave dielectric properties was investigated. Results show that all the Mn ion doped samples are pure orthorhombic perovskite phases. The bulk density and Q·f0 value of the samples increase firstly, and then decrease with increasing Mn content.εr decreases lightly and the τf value lowers due to the addition of Mn ion. When the Mn ion doping content(x) is 0.015, the better microwave dielectric properties of the prepared sampleare obtained with εr=113,Q·f0=9877GHz and τf= 186×10–6/℃.
