摘要

Abstract

Pt/GQDsdoped TiO2 sensing materials for detecting volatile organic compounds(VOCs) were prepared by a sol-gel method. As-synthsized Pt/GQDs-TiO2 composites were characterized and analyzed by UV-Vis,TEM, PL, and XRD. The additions of GQDs made the Pt/GQDs-TiO2 composites shift the absorption to the wider visible region, and enhances the sensitivity of the composite materials to VOCs at room temperature.The Pt/GQDs-TiO2 composites were calcined at different temperatures,and the response of Pt/GQDs-TiO2 composites to different VOCs gases were measured at room temperature.The results show that the 300℃ calcined Pt/GQDs-TiO2 composites exhibite best sensing performance to isopropanol vapor at room temperature,and the response time and the recovery timeare reduced to 15s and 53s, respectively.
