油松花粉多酚抗氧化性研究

Antioxidant activities of polyphenols from pinus tabulaeformis pollen

摘要

Abstract

The pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols were extracted by ultrasonic with ethanol,and they were separated and purified by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin,the positive comparison was VC,the reducing power of pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols and their scavenging effect on DPPH·,· OH,O2-·were researched by Fe3+-reducing method,DPPH· reducing method,salicylic acid colorimetry and pyrogallol autoxidation method.The experimental results showed that when the concentrations both were 6 μg/mL,pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols was 16.33% significant higher than that of VC on DPPH· clearance(p < 0.05),when the concentrations both were 8 μg/mL,pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols was 32.03% significant higher than that of VC on ·OH clearance(p < 0.05),when the concentrations both were 6 μg/mL,pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols was 10.53% unsignificant higher than that of VC on O2-· clearance.When the concentrations both were 10 μg/mL,the absorbance of pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols was 0.712 at 700 nm,was significantly higher than that of VC (A700 nm=0.353667,p < 0.05),so the reducing power of pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols was higher than that of VC.The results showed that pinus tabulaeformis pollen polyphenols had stronger reducing power and scavenging effectt on oxygen free radicals,and its clearance rate was higher than that of VC.In conclusion,the pinus pollen polyphenols have significant antioxidant activity.
