Over-expression of D-lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme genes from Lactobacillus delbrueckii spp.bulgaricus in Escherichia coli
摘要
Abstract
Five D-LDH isoenzyme genes (ldb0101,ldb0813,ldb1010,ldb1147 and ldb2021) from L.bulgaricus ATCC11842 were separated and over-expressed in Escherichia coli JM109 using pUC18 as the expression plasmid.The shake-flask fermentation of recombinant E.coli indicated that the D-LDH enzymes Ldb0101 and Ldb1010 played more important roles in D-lactic acid biosynthesis in L.bulgaricus.关键词
