Abstract
One strain of Bacillus amyloliquefacien named LZ-5 was isolated from two wild honey samples collected from different regions.It was found to possess a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity.Its secondary metabolites had strong antimicrobial activities against some kinds of food spoilage microorganisms,including Bacillus pumilus,Staphyloccocus aureus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus oryzae.According to its morphological and cultural characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,the strain was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefacien.The main anti-yeast substances produced by it were separated by organic solvent extraction,SephadexLH-20 colunm chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.Liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was adopted to determine the molecular masses of the substances by comparison with standard compounds.The anti-yeast substances were preliminarily identified as a mixture of iturinA2,iturinA3 and iturinA6.关键词
