摘要

Abstract

Using electronic nose measure and evaluation model as a guidance method for inhibiting halitosis,the strongest bioactive fractions(E Ⅱ M20) were separated from the 95% ethanol emblica extract by organic solvent extraction,repeated normal and reverse phase column chromatography.Consequently,three compounds were isolated from the EⅡ M20 by semi-preparative HPLC.Their quantity-quality were 6.8 mg,4.5 mg,4.9 mg,repectively.The structures of the three compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic methods such as 1H NMR,13C NMR,HR-ESI-MS.The spectroscopy analysis indicated that the compounds were maltose,Bis (2-methylheptyl) phthalate and 1-(4'-amino-phenyl)ethane-1,2-diol.
