摘要

Abstract

As the development of Chinese food industry,current food category system is hardly applicable to the emerging products of edible fats and oils and derived products.However,only if the food products are classified into specific food category,food manufacturers can make a decision on which food additives can be used in such products according to Chinese regulations.Currently,food category system is under adjustment.Therefore,regulations on food additives used in such categories need to be adjusted as well.This paper researched on the regulations on food additives used in edible fats and oils and derived products in China and abroad for the purpose providing available amendment suggestion.
