Abstract

Using tremella fuciformis as raw material,the extraction condition of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis was studied.Using the extraction rate of polysaccharide as evaluation index,the effects of solid-liquid ratio,beating time and temperature of added-water on the Tremella polysaccharides extraction were studied,and the optimized conditions were confirmed by orthogonal experiments.The molecular of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis were determined by using gel-permeation chromatography.The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were:material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 50 (g ∶ mL),beating time 7min,temperature 80℃.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was up to 40.57%,and was 2.2 times of the traditional hot water extraction method;the extraction duration was reduced to one-sixtieth of traditional hot water extraction method.The average molecular of polysaccharide from Tremellafuciformis was 5.89 × 104KDa and 5.86 × 104KDa by wet beating fast extraction and traditional hot water extraction respectively.
