Abstract
The uncertainty in the determination of stevioside in beverage by high performance liquid chromatography was studied.By applying of uncertainty theories,the mathematical model was analyzed,and the sources of uncertainty in the determination were traced and quantitated.The related expand uncertainty of stevioside in beverage was 8.615%.The results showed,among 6 factors of uncertainty,standard solutions preparation and liner fitting curve usage had greater influenced than others.Therefore,reducing the uncertainty in the above two factors can improve the quality of final determination results.关键词
