Abstract
The paper reviewed the concept and standardization basis of safety plant of vegetables,analyzed the standardization elements of different stages of the vegetable plant,and summarized the food safety risk and countermeasures in the process of vegetable plant taking microorganism and chemicals contamination for example and summarized the framework and key elements of the specification of safety plant of vegetables.关键词
