摘要

Abstract

Inner Mongolia,as one of the first 9 pilot provinces of the national potato staple food products and industrial development,has achieved certain effects in potato production,variety structure optimization,seed industry development,processing capacity improvement and staple food product development,but there are still some outstanding problems in the breeding and production,processing and storage,commodity sales,and consumption guide.It was suggested to promote the Inner Mongolia potato staple food products and industrial development through expanding the scope of improved variety subsidies,promoting efficient water-saving technology,establishing diversified investment mechanism of storage and processing facilities,constructing modern marketing system,and increasing nutrition propaganda in the future.
