摘要

Abstract

Pulsed spray cooling plays a crucial role in the development of high-power electronics devices,and it has the potential to significantly improve the heat transfer efficiency of electronic components.This paper introduces the advantage of pulsed spray cooling compared to conventional continuous spray cooling.The research of pulse spray cooling at home and abroad is reviewed,and the effects of duty cycle,frequency and spray cycle on the heat transfer efficiency of the surface are summarized.In the end,the conclusion about pulsed spray cooling and the future research direction is discussed.
