钛基和镍基花状纳米ZnO阴极涂层的制备和场发射特性
Preparation and field emission characteristics of Ti-based and Ni-based flower-like nano-ZnO cathode coating

Abstract
The uniformly distributed flower-like nano-ZnO was prepared by hydrothermal method,and then the nano-ZnO was respectively deposisted on Ti sheet and Ni substrate to form the layer of dense field emission cathode coating by electrophoretic deposition.The cathode coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscope and metallographic microscope,and then the field emission characteristic test of the samples were conducted.The results indicate that the nano-ZnO coatings on the Ti sheet still keep the flower morphology and have no aggregation.However,the field emission cathode coatings on the Ni sheet distribute densely,and there are numerous emitter tips on the surface,meanwhile,ZnO powders become finer and more uniform.Compared with field emission characteristics of samples based on Ti sheet,the ZnO coatings based on Ni sheet have high field emission stability.Finally,the field emission mechanism of samples were discussed.关键词
