混合型超级电容器的热行为分析
Thermal analysis on the hybrid supercapacitor
摘要
Abstract
A kind of hybrid supercapacitor was prepared by tantalum anode and RuO2/MnO2/ordered mesoporous carbon cathode.The capacitance of the hybrid supercapacitor is 6 mF,and the resistance is 0.45 Ω.The thermal behavior of the hybrid supercapacitor was analyzed.Then the finite element model was built in ANSYS to analyze its steady temperature distribution.The experimental and simulation results show that,the internal temperature of the hybrid supercapacitor can't reach steady state until rising to a certain temperature after several cycles.When the discharge current is 5A,the maximum temperature exceeds 50 ℃,and some cooling methods need to be takend.关键词
