摘要

Abstract

Super activated carbon modified by graphene was synthesized through a composite/coactivation process,and the effect of graphene oxide/petroleum coke ratio in composite process on properties of super activated carbon modified by graphene was studied.When the mass ratio of graphene oxide/petroleum coke is 5:1000,the specific capacitance of prepared activated carbon is 38.64 F/g and the capacity decay rate is 14.29% when charging at 85 ℃ under 2.85 V for 32 h,which is much better than that of pure activated carbon.Comprehensive detect results show that compared to pure activated carbon,the specific capacitance,internal resistance and stability of super activated carbon modified by graphene are improved.
