摘要

Abstract

With the increasing health consciousness of consumers,more and more food categories for nutritional purposes have been put into market while the health risks may be caused by the novel substances or lack of labeling.Therefore,many different legal forms have been undertaken during the government intervention,such as the legislations regarding nutrition improvement and nutrition labeling as well as the strict regulation of food with special nutritional needs.However,the legislations in this aspect have been shaped in ad-hoc way while characterized by fragmentation.Given the consideration of the rising nutritional diseases,it is necessary to examine the current instruments for nutrition intervention,with the purpose of integrating them into a coordinated regulatory system and protecting public health through food safety assurance from the perspective of nutrition.
