众筹模式引入与都市食品质量安全问题的解决路径探讨——以北京市为例
The Solution Path for Urban Food Quality and Safety Issues Under Introduction of Crowdfunding——Taking Beijing City as An Example

Abstract
Food quality and safety issues are the focus of current public concern.From the perspective of the development of modem urban agriculture in Beijing city,the author analyzed the structural contradiction of the supply and demand system of urban agricultural products,which leads to the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products.Then,through typical case analysis,the author explored the mechanism for solving the issue of quality and safety of urban agricultural products under the introduction of crowdfunding model including solving the financing difficulties and underinvestment problems faced by producers of high quality and safe agricultural products,and the problems of agricultural products circulation system.Finally,the author proposed that the agricultural crowdfunding model should be vigorously promoted to build green quality agricultural products supply and demand system,so as to ensure the quality of urban food safety.关键词
