高效液相色谱法测定蓝莓叶中绿原酸的含量
Quantitative Determination on Chlorlgenic Acid in Blueberry Leaf by HPLC

Abstract
An HPLC method for the quantitative determination of chlorlgenic acid in blueberry leaf was investigated.The operating conditions were Eclipse XDB C18 colmnn (250 mm ×4.6 mm,2.5 μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 (13:87,V/V),at 1 mL/min and UV detection at 327 nm.There was a good linear relationship between the response and the concentration of sampleat the range of 6 ~ 96mg/ L for chlorlgenic acid.The corresponding regression equation was Y =74.15X-432.3,R2 =0.999.The average recovery was 99.98% and RSD was 0.506% (n =6).The results showed that this method was simple,specific and accurate.According to the above chromatographic method to detect content of chlorlgenic acid in three kinds of blueberry,and compared with the content of chlorlgenic acid in blueberry fruit,the results showed that three kinds of blueberry leaves the chlorlgenic acid content was higher than the content of chlorlgenic acid in fruit.关键词
