摘要

Abstract

In this manuscript,the extraction process of polysaccharides from okra was established and optimized by response surface methodology.First,single-factor experiments were carried out.On the basis of single-factor experiments,including extraction time,extraction temperature and pH.mathematical model was established using a 3-factor,3-level Box-Behnken experimental design,to obtain the optimum extraction conditions.The results suggested that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction time of 2.75 h,extraction temperature of 90℃ and pH of 2.1.Under the above optimized conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was 29.77%.
