摘要

Abstract

Ultrasonicwasapplied to extract polysaccharide from body of driedHericium erinaceus.Through the single-factor experiment and response surface analysis (RSA),the optimal condition turned out to be ultrasonic power 413W,time 11min,and the water-to-material ratio16.Under this condition,the yield of Hericium erinaceuspolysaccharide was 6.216%.The molecular weight measured by GPC was 20074 which is similar to that of the polysaccharide extracted by hot water.The result of IR scan indicated that the Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide had the general absorption feature of polysaccharide.The results also indicated that the ultrasonic didn't destroy the structure of Hericium erinaceuspolysaccharide.
