摘要

Abstract

Cabbage polyphenols were optimized using a four-factor response surface methodology (RSM).Macroporous resin was selected by static adsorption-desorption experiments from among five kinds of macroporous resins to obtain the optimum extraction parameters of cabbage polyphenols.The macroporous resin purification parameters were determined.The results showed that:(1) The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ratio of liquid to solid was 78∶1 (mL·g-1),ethanol volume fraction was 50%,ultrasonic time was 40 min and temperature was 60 ℃.(2) The optimum purification conditions were as follows:loading concentration 0.463 mg·mL-1,sample loading volume of 100 mL,with 40 mL of 60% ethanol(pH=7) to elute.Under these conditions,the purification factor was nearly 4-fold,indicating that macroporous resin AB-8 has better purification effect for polyphenols from cabbage.
