基于响应面法脱出核桃油毛油中游离脂肪酸的研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Study on the Isolation Process of Free Fat Acids from Crude Walnut Oil by Response Surface Method
为了得出分子蒸馏法脱出核桃油毛油中游离脂肪酸的最佳工艺,在单因素(进料速度、蒸馏温度、刮膜转速)分析基础上,运用BBD设计进行响应面分析,得出了因变量二次回归方程,并得出最佳工艺条件:进料速度250g/h、蒸馏温度180℃、刮膜转速250r/min.试验证明,此工艺条件可以使核桃油毛油酸值降至0.6mgKOH/g以下,且维生素E等功效成分未破坏,过氧化值未升高,可达到1级核桃油标准对游离脂肪酸的要求.
In order to obtain the optimal Isolation Process of Free Fat Acids from Crude Walnut oil by molecular distillation,the BBD design has been used to analyze the response surface,based on the analysis of the the single factor (feeding rate,distillation temperature,wiper speed) analysis.Then the dependent variable quadratic regression equation and the optimal process conditions have been obtained.The optimal process conditions are that the feeding rate is 250g/h…查看全部>>
